I have spent hours on the phone, following all of msn staff instructions verbally and also through their e-mail communications and I still cannot re-set my passwords in order to enter 2 of our old webtv e-mail addresses:

Originally, we had 4 webtv e-mail addresses under our msn.com account. Two migrated properly, but the above two did not, even though all of our webtv reponses stated that we did everything successfully.
